26&2 is a beginner friendly class that is done in a heated room around 100-105 degrees with added humidity at around 40%. 26&2 is named for the 26 postures (asanas) and 2 breath work (pranayama) before and after, also with the 90 Minute class you will be doing 2 sets of the postures and breath work.
